Hi @GraHarr. I am sorry to hear that your device is no longer supported for the latest update of the AFL App. We test and optimise the AFL Live App to ensure this is compatible with as many devices as we can but we do not intentionally prevent certain devices from accessing the App.

AFL Live Pass is required to view AFL.TV & Match Replays. From 2019, fans will no longer be able to subscribe to AFL Live Pass through the AFL website. However, you can still subscribe via the Apple App Store or the Google Play. Tell Me More

Open the AFL Live Official App, select Notifications from the menu, and manage notifications settings. My AFL Official App is not working on my Windows device. From January 5, 2018 the AFL Live Official app will no longer be available on the Windows Phone platform.

Open the AFL app on your device and obtain your Live Pass subscription. Once logged in the purple T at the top right of the home screen should turn green. Press on the green T which will open the settings, and go into AFL Live Pass Subscription. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to find the mis-uuid token.

If you have purchased an in-app subscription from Google Play or Apple's App Store you will need to enter in a login token which can be displayed in the app, located at the bottom of the 'AFL Live Pass Subscription' page in the settings once you have logged in.
