Question: Q: Apple TV "Binge Mode" for purchased shows? Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc., all allow for continuous play to next episode in tv show series. After a few shows they ask the user if they're still watching, and then stop playing if no response is entered.

Interesting. Binge mode is available on the ATv4 iTunes app. Most of the feedback is how to disable the functionality - yours is the first post I have seen saying its unavailable... I ignored it for a while, but one day I watched one show…then another…and another…and discovered that not only are there awesome shows on here, but that they have plans for.

If I use the TV app to launch a Prime show, the Prime app opens and it will continue auto-playing additional episodes. But iTunes programs always dump back to the TV app where you have to manually start the next episode.

Question: Q: ATV4 Can I disable Binge Mode for TV? On the older Apple TV products, you'd watch one TV episode and it'd go back to the menu. On the ATV4, you watch an episode and it automatically plays the next episode. Is there any way to disable this behavior and watch one episode at a time by default?

I heard that the AT4 would automatically play the next eisode of a tv show, but it isn't doing that on ours. I didn't change any settings. We started at Season 3 and selected the first episode from the ribbon- but that shouldn't have mattered because it would have been awfully stupid of Apple to finally add binge watching and then only letting it work under special circumstances. please help/
