Garmin App Down Server Maintenance

Garmin's website indicates that the problem is a result of the site being down for maintenance, though does not say how long that will be last.. the Garmin Connect website and mobile app are.

Garmin’s Connect platform, its website, support lines, online chat and email all went down on Thursday. The company’s last Twitter update was posted at 1:35pm.

Garmin users who went for a run yesterday were surprised to see that the “Connect” service on the mobile app was down. As the American navigation products maker explained through Twitter a few hours ago, they are indeed experiencing an outage that affects their app services, website, call centers, email server, chat systems, etc.

A message in the Garmin Connect mobile app referred to the problem as "maintenance", though that appears to be an automated message and the outage is not thought to be related to any planned update.
