I use Google Rewards to get the cash in my Google Play balance account and it has allowed me to buy lots of in-app purchases before, however I have the problem alot. Whenever I go to buy something, it won't have updated and it will say I only have (x amount) when I actually have (y amount).

After upgrading to Windows 10 my Chrome stopped working. I am able to click on Chrome and it does come up, but no pages load, and the screen just remains white under any tabs.
