I’d like to see a review and long term test of the various probes. My Thermoworks Smoke is a great thermometer, but I’ve had to replace at least 3 of the probes over the past year. I find that the probe that came with my grill (Blaz’n Grid Iron) and a cheapo grocery store probe have been more reliable.
