Instagram App Ipad Landscape
Not possible. Instagram is designed for portrait mode only, and iPhone layout only. It works on an iPad, but there's no way to get landscape mode on any device. You may want to contact the Instagram developers and suggest landscape mode to them. The Report a Problem option in your profile page in the app should let you offer generic feedback to.
Why is Instagram for iPad so Tiny? Hooray, we have Instagram installed on our iPads but… it's really tiny, and you have to hold your iPad in Portrait mode because the app refuses to display in Landscape mode. Honestly Instagram should just finally work on the app for iPad and adjust for full screen aspect ratio and allow for orientation rotation. Just like Facebook and Twitter has. (Facebook allows for rotation but atm still isn’t maximized to the new ipad pro aspect ratio).

If you open Instagram.com in Safari on your iPad and “Add to Home Screen” - it creates an Instagram “app” in landscape mode. It doesn’t look like it is open in Safari anymore. The instagram App simply does not support screen rotation. Its up to the App developers to enable this option, and support it, and Instagram does not do this. You may want to contact the App developer and let them know you would like it to rotate.
