Having a big problem with my Snooper Truckmate of late. I cannot get it to pick up a GPS signal at all, even tried leaving it on the patio for a few hours and still nothing. It still thinks I am at Keele services on the M6 where I last turned it off a few days ago. Anybody else had a similar problem, did it fix itself or does it just look [zb]?.

The unit starts apear snooper logoand after 10 seconds the message : "The application failed to start last time. Do you want to reset to factory defaults and lose all your POIs, tracks and settings? Yes/No" No matter what I choose yes/no, the unit stay froozen is not passing further. I remind I erase the save folder and I start the unit.

Had my snooper about 4 yrs now and when I 1st got it noticed it shows j31 m62 whit wood truckstop area as a 7.5t limit I rang customer support and they said it would be rectified on the nx map update..

AW: Snooper S8000 Update Problem HI @ Bomberpilot 69 Du hast gabz einfach das falsche gerät ausgewählt ist mir auch schon mal passiert. Ist aber kein Problem und ganz einfach gehe auf map Downloader 1.18 klicke auf Neue Karte garantie und dann wirdst du aufgefordet das Gerät anzuschließen und nun dauert es ca. 35Min. und die neueste software wird dann endpakt auf dein SD-Karte und schon.
