Spotify App Icon Disappeared

The Spotify Icon has disappeared from my iPad Air. It's still installed as I can access it via the App Store, but I have to do this each time I want to use Spoitfy. I've been advised to reinstall, but as I can't uninstall as there's no icon this is not a viable option. Any ideas anyone? JL

The spotify app has disappeared from my phone. I have tried turning the phone on and off, rebooting the phone, neither has worked. If I go to the app store on the phone and try to download the app it only gives me the option to "open" it, which does nothing when selected. I have attached a screen shot of what I see in the app store on the phone.

Running iTunes under Windows 10 on a Toshiba laptop. Airplay icon has disappeared from iTunes menu. It appears briefly when first opening iTunes, then disappears. There is nothing wrong with my network, because i can use the equivalent of Airplay in the Spotify application. Airplay was working with iTunes on this computer.
